From labourer on site to our own company.
Andriy arrived in Málaga from Ukraine with a degree in electromechanical engineering. He started as a labourer on site, in 2001. Tradesman, then self-employed, and finally his own company: Solteana Constructora is the result of twenty-five years without leaving the job site.
Today there are eight of us: Andriy, four tradesmen and three labourers split into two crews, with an on-site foreman and a van for materials. Andriy is always on site. He checks the work, from the flooring being level to the walls coming out smooth. If something isn't up to his standard, it gets redone.
The work is carried out by our own company, start to finish. Only on a very large project do we bring in, in addition, the odd trusted specialist trade.

We work across the whole province of Málaga and the Costa del Sol.
Most of our work is in the city of Málaga and along the coast. We travel to the rest of Andalusia when the project calls for it: we've already worked in Seville and in Jaén.
