What this website is for

Here we explain what we do, which is full home renovation, new-build construction and refurbishment in the province of Málaga. We show projects we've completed and give you ways to get in touch to ask for a quote.

Nothing is bought or hired on this website. Everything you see here is information: quotes are discussed by phone, WhatsApp or in person, and the construction contract is signed separately.

Prices

This website does not publish prices or rates. Every project is different and the price comes after we've been to see it and measured it. When we send you a quote, we'll tell you in writing what's included, what isn't, and whether VAT is added separately.

Text and photos

The text, the logo and the photos of completed projects you see here are ours, unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to view them and share the link as much as you like. What you can't do is copy them and pass them off as someone else's, or reuse them for commercial purposes without asking us first.

The photos are of projects we've carried out. If any of them shows something you believe shouldn't be published, write to us at andriy@solteana.com and we'll remove it.

Any third-party trademarks that may be mentioned, such as suppliers and manufacturers we work with, belong to their owners and are named only to identify the materials we use.

Links to other websites

Some pages contain links to sites that aren't ours, such as WhatsApp or our Google listing. When you click one, you leave this website and go to the third party's site, with its own terms and its own privacy policy. We don't control those sites and we're not responsible for what's on them.

By using this website you agree to do so in good faith: not to try to damage it, not to use it for anything unlawful, and not to send us false information, or information that isn't yours, through the form.
